1 Cup Dry Old Fashion Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter (organic, no hydrogenated oils)
1/2 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Raw Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/3 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Bone Broth Protein)
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix honey, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.
Kneed and form 1 inch balls.
Store in refrigerator.
These are delicious and quick. A perfect pick-me-up snack!
