Yummy Energy Bites


  • 1 Cup Dry Old Fashion Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes

  • 1/2 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter (organic, no hydrogenated oils)

  • 1/2 Cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1/3 Cup Raw Honey

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/3 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Bone Broth Protein)


  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix honey, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.

  3. Kneed and form 1 inch balls.

  4. Store in refrigerator.

These are delicious and quick. A perfect pick-me-up snack!
