Taco Meat, Pepperoni, Mushroom Pizza


1 lb ground sirloin - organic, grass fed if possible

Pepperoni Slices to cover pizza

2 cans organic mushrooms

fresh mushrooms

2 T Tomato Paste

Marinara Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese - grated

Preheat oven to 450


1. Brown meat

2. Add 6-7 tsp of Taco Seasoning Mix ( Recipe below) to 3/4 cup water and add to meat

3. Add canned mushrooms (drained) and Tomato Paste; simmer until liquid is absorbed

4. Spread Marinara sauce on Pizza Dough - enough to cover

5. Layer:

Meat mixture; Pepperoni; fresh mushrooms and cover with Grated Cheese.

Heat Pizza Stone in oven; when hot sprinkle with Corn Meal; Place finished pizza on stone and cook for 10-15 minutes or to desired crispiness.

Taco Seasoning:



2 Tbsp organic chili powder; 1/2 tsp organic garlic powder; 1/2 tsp organic onion powder;

1/2 tsp organic red pepper flakes; 1/2 tsp organic oregano; 1 tsp organic paprika; 1 Tbsp organic cumin; 2 1/2 tsp sea salt;2 tsp organic pepper


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Store in a tightly closed container.
